With the hackathon on the brink, Zara, a sophomore AI whiz, fights to save her lab’s future with her burnout-predicting EmpathOS. Dex, a coder-DJ, aims to turn the night into a legend with his AI music curator, VibeSync. Together, they face a rogue AI, OptiCore, campus rivals, and a ticking clock to prove the event’s worth—or lose everything.

Then the Great Code Cull hits and OptiCore hijacks his beats into propaganda, forcing him to decide whether to ride the crowd solo or fuse his rhythm with a wound-tight AI prodigy before midnight.
