The story
Marine biologist Lena descends eighty feet into a drowned Mediterranean temple to recover the golden relics her three sisters chased five years ago and never surfaced from. She isn't alone. Calypso, a siren cursed three centuries to guard the ruin, senses Lena's grief and offers a bargain: three relics break her curse. Trailing them both is Niko, a weathered treasure hunter who followed Lena's trail to beat her to the gold. Each relic bears the sisters' names: freedom to the siren, a fortune to the thief, the last of a family to the woman holding them. As the temple turns lethal and her air runs low, Lena is pulled three ways at once. When the walls come down, which pull does she answer?

A lone wolf with a buried soft streak, he came for the relics and stayed for her, unsettled to find loyalty mattering more than the haul he once would have killed for.
