By using Roletopia, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or if under 18, you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

To access Roletopia, users must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

3. Subscription and RTC Usage

Roletopia offers both free and paid subscription plans. RTC (Roletopia Coin) is used to unlock stories and purchase Chat Tokens for in-story conversations.

• Free users can earn RTC through in-app ads, referrals, and social sharing.
• Paid users receive monthly RTC credits based on their subscription plan.
• RTC and Chat Tokens are non-refundable and expire based on the plan's terms.

4. Interactive Storytelling & AI Conversations

Roletopia allows users to engage with AI-powered co-stars within stories. Conversations must align with the platform's guidelines and maintain respectful engagement.

5. Content Ownership & User Contributions

All stories, AI-generated dialogues, and media in Roletopia are owned by Roletopia. Users may submit story ideas for publication with attribution.

6. Limitation of Liability

Roletopia and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to service unavailability or lost RTC.

7. Changes to Terms

Roletopia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or our community guidelines.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
